摘要:酪氨酸蛋白激酶6(protein tyrosine kinase 6,PTK6)是一种与Src家族密切相关的非受体酪氨酸激酶,能够促进多种生长因子受体的致癌信号通过下游信号分子,如细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase,ERK)参与多种肿瘤的发生发展,发挥促癌或抑癌的作用。ERK信号通路被认为是经典的丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogenactivated protein kinase,MAPK)信号转导途径,在细胞增殖与分化的调控中起重要作用。近年来研究表明,PTK6作为肿瘤的新靶点,可与下游ERK信号通路相互作用,从而调节肿瘤的发生发展。本文就PTK6影响肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡等与ERK信号通路的相关性作一综述。
Protein tyrosine kinase 6(PTK6)is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase closely related to the Src family.It can promote oncogenic signals of a variety of growth factor receptors through downstream signaling molecules,such as extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK),participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors,and play a role in promoting or suppressing cancer.The ERK signaling pathway is considered to be a classic mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signal transduction pathway,which plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation.Recent studies have shown that PTK6,as a new tumor target,can interact with the downstream ERK signaling pathway to regulate the occurrence and development of tumors.This paper reviewed the correlation between the influence of PTK6 on tumor cell proliferation,migration,invasion and apoptosis and the ERK signaling pathway.
