摘要：目的揭示国内"当归"专利的基本现状,为我国"当归"专利的研究与申请提供参考。方法以国内公开发布的"当归"专利为研究样本,对专利文献的基本特征、研究内容等进行统计和分析。结果我国"当归"专利的类型主要为方法发明专利,专利内容主要集中在药物、化妆品等产品的制备与处理领域。结论我国"当归"专利的创新性不高,涉及现代栽培、炮制技术、生物技术、药材质量评价等领域的专利数量少。
Objective By revealing the basic current situation and the main research fields of Angelica sinensis patents in China,to provide references for research and application of Angelica sinensis patent.Methods With the publicly released Angelica sinensis patents as sample,the bibliometrics characteristic and the research contents of the patents were statistically analyzed.Results The orientation of the patents was mainly focused on method invention.The contents of the patents were mainly in the field of preparation and treatment of medicine,cosmetics and other products.Conclusion The innovation of Angelica sinensis patents was weak,the number of patent on modern cultivation techniques,processing technology,biotechonlogy and quality control was small.
