摘要：目的评价针刺与西药治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、Pub Med数据库、Medline数据库等及手工检索,纳入针刺治疗慢性前列腺炎与常规西药治疗比较的随机对照试验(RCT)和临床对照试验(CCT),根据Jadad评分标准,对纳入研究的文献进行质量评价。采用Rev Man4.2统计软件进行Meta分析。结果 13篇文献符合纳入标准,共1 428例患者。Meta分析显示:针刺对照西药治疗,总有效率的组间比较差异有统计学意义〔OR=4.11,95%CI(2.97~5.69),P<0.000 01〕;治愈率的组间比较差异有统计学意义〔OR=3.93,95%CI(3.08~5.02),P<0.000 01〕;结论针刺治疗慢性前列腺炎有效,在总有效率和治愈率方面具有一定优势,但因纳入文献数量少,且大部分质量较低,尚需高质量证据来验证。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and western medicine treatment on chronic prostatitis（CP） and ana- lyze the present situation of clinical research. Methods Through retrieving CNKI database, wanfang database, vip database, PubMed data- base, Medline database and manual retrieval, randomized controlled trials （RCT） and controlled clinical trials （CCT） of comparison of acu- puncture and western medicine treatment on CP were taken in. According to Jadad standard, the quality of the included literatures was as- sessed. Meta analysis was carried out by RevMan4.2 statistical software. Results 13 articles,including 1 428 patients in total,were met the inclusion criteria. Meta analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference between the total efficiency of the two groups [ OR = 4.11,95% CI（ 2.97,5.69 ） ,P〈0. 000 01 J. There was statistically significant difference between the cure rate of the two groups~ OR = 3.93, 95% CI（3.08,5.02） ,P〈0. 000 O1 1. Conclusions Acupuncture is effective on the treatment of CP. Compared with oral administration of western medicine, acupuncture treatment has certain advantages on the aspect of the total effective rate and cure rate, which need to be ap- proved by good quality evidence.
