摘要：非酒精性脂肪性肝炎是一种潜在的进展性肝病,可进一步发展为肝硬化、肝癌。近年来,其发病率不断上升,已成为一个普遍关注的公共卫生问题。该病的潜在病理生理机制十分复杂,而中医以其独特的理论体系和自身优势,可以有效进行干预和治疗。文章通过总结近几年非酒精性脂肪性肝炎相关文献,基于肠肝循环对其发病机制及中医药治疗进行综述,以期为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的治疗和预防研究提供重要的参考和指导,为合理有效治疗该病提供更多的理论和实践依据。
Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)is a potentially progressive liver disease,which can further develop into cirrhosis and liver cancer.In recent years,the incidence of Nsteatohepatitis has been increasing,and it has become a common public health concern.The potential pathophysiological mechanism of the disease is very complex,but traditional Chinese medicine with its unique theoretical system and its own advantages,can effectively intervene and treat.Therefore,by summarizing articles related to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in recent years,this paper reviews its pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on entero-hepatic circulation,in order to provide important reference and guidance for the treatment and prevention of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,and provide more theoretical and experimental research basis for reasonable and effective treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
