摘要：女性围绝经期指绝经前和绝经后的时间,围绝经期,年龄45~55岁。在此期间,由于女性卵巢功能衰退,激素分泌出现异常而引起一系列临床症状,称为围绝经期综合征。其对自主神经系统功能及心血管系统有重要影响,主要表现为失眠及高血压病,三者紧密相关,西医认为其发病与雌激素及褪黑素水平下降、焦虑抑郁及代谢紊乱等相关。中医认为该病病位在肝,病机核心在肾,但与心、脾有关。
female menopause refers to the time before and after menopause,called perimenopause and menopause.The average age is between 45 and 55 years old.During this period,due to the decline of female ovarian function and the fluctuation or insufficiency of sex hormone secretion,a series of clinical symptoms are caused,which is called climacteric syndrome.It has an important impact on the function of autonomic nervous system and cardiovascular system.Insomnia and hypertension are closely related,but the specific pathogenesis is still unclear.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease is located in the liver and the core of pathogenesis is in the kidney,but it is related to the heart and spleen.The pathogenesis of TCM and Western medicine is summarized as follows,in order to better guide clinical medication.
