摘要：吕英教授在临床工作中以“气—元论”认识生命与疾病,认为痔疮发病的病因病机以肾气不足,中气、厥阴下陷,局部厥阴热化辨证,寒湿阴霾逆气为要点,临证中以固护肾气、定中轴、健土营运、升提中气,疏导局部寒湿阴霾逆气为治法,创立了急性痔疮出血方,并通过一则医案加以验证。
Professor LYu Ying uses "Qi monism" to investigate life and disease in clinical work, he thinks that the cause and the pathogenesis of hemorrhoids are the insufficiency of renal Qi, spleen-qi and Jueyin meridian sinking, syndrome differentiation of local thermalization of Jueyin, cold-dampness, haze and inverse Qi as key points, he adopts consolidating and protecting renal Qi, fixing axis, invigorating earth and transportation, elevating the spleen-qi, dredging local cold-dampness, haze and inverse Qi as the therapeutic methods, establishes the prescription for acute hemorrhoidal bleeding and verifies clinical effects via one medical case.
