摘要：目的探讨温通针法对急性脑梗塞大鼠血浆糖蛋白含量的影响。方法选用健康Wistar大鼠,用线栓法直接阻断大鼠大脑中动脉制作急性脑梗塞模型,采用流式细胞仪测定脑梗塞大鼠血浆CD62P和CD63的含量。结果造模后脑梗塞组血浆CD62P,CD63均较假手术组显著升高;两治疗组血浆CD62P,CD63均较梗塞组显著降低,且温通针法较捻转针法降幅更为显著。结论针刺可以通过降低脑梗塞大鼠血浆糖蛋白含量,从而阻止或抑制血小板活化,达到防治脑梗的目的,而温通针法的作用优于捻转针法。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Warming - promotion Method of Acupuncture on middle cerebral artery occlusion. Methods The rat of middle cerebral artery occlusion was used for observation of effect of two methods of acupuncture on platelet membrane glycoprotein in cerebral infarction. Results Results indicated that volumes of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p and CD63 in plasma increased markedly after middle cerebral artery occlusion. Above indexes in plasma decreased markedly after acupuncture, but the decreased degrees by warming - promotion were superior to those of twirling. Conclusion It is suggested that the effect of warming - promotion is better than the effect of twirling for inhabiting the injury of cerebral infarc- tion.
