摘要：新时代医学教育改革日新月异,为适应新时代医学教育实践的要求,探究C-PBL(Case-based Problem-based Learning,案例—问题导向学习)联合多学科团队协作(Multi-disciplinary Team,MDT)教学模式在复杂性肛瘘合并糖尿病教学中的应用效果。通过将传统教学模式与C-PBL联合MDT教学模式进行对比,评估两种教学模式对学生理论知识掌握、临床技能提升以及团队协作能力培养的影响。结果 C-PBL联合MDT教学模式能显著提高学生的学习效果,提高学生的临床思维能力和团队协作精神,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective With the rapid reform of medical education in the new era,in order to meet the requirements of medical education practice in the new era,to explore the application effect of C-PBL(Case-based Problem-based Learning)combined with MDT(multi-disciplinary team)teaching model in the teaching of complex anal fistula complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods The traditional teaching model and C-PBL combined with MDT teaching model were compared to evaluate the effects of the two teaching models on the mastery of theoretical knowledge,the improvement of clinical skills and the cultivation of teamwork ability.Results C-PBL combined with MDT teaching model can significantly improve the learning effect of students,enhance their clinical thinking ability and teamwork spirit,and has a good application prospect.
