摘要:肌少症是一种与骨骼肌衰老相关的多因素、多病因的老年综合征,骨骼肌的衰老经历了与力量、质量和功能丧失相关的形态和生理学变化。与肌少症相关的骨骼肌衰老的机制主要有肌纤维结构和神经肌肉系统改变、线粒体功能障碍与离子稳态失衡、血管灌注减少、细胞外基质功能障碍以及免疫老化。骨骼肌衰老与肌少症相互联系,从这些机制出发对肌少症进行抗衰老干预,这对进一步研究肌少症和寻找治疗的新靶点具有重要意义。运动干预可以维持神经肌肉接头稳定性,抑制肌纤维去神经支配,参与细胞外基质重塑、维持离子稳态、促进毛细血管化和卫星细胞活化,从而减缓骨骼肌的衰老。本文对肌少症中骨骼肌衰老的机制及运动干预研究进展进行综述,可以为将来肌少症的预防和治疗提供思路与方向。
Sarcopenia is a multi-factor and multi-cause senile syndrome related to skeletal muscle aging.Aging of skeletal muscles experiences morphological and physiological changes related to the loss of strength,quality and function.The mechanisms of sarcopenia-related skeletal muscle aging mainly include changes in muscle fiber structure and neuromuscular system,mitochondrial dysfunction and ion homeostasis imbalance,decreased vascular perfusion,extracellular matrix dysfunction and immune aging.Skeletal muscle aging interacts with sarcopenia.It is of great significance to carry out anti-aging interventions on sarcopenia from these mechanisms,thus analyzing sarcopenia and finding new therapeutic targets.Exercise interventions can maintain the stability of neuromuscular junction,inhibit denervation of muscle fibers,participate in extracellular matrix remodeling,maintain ion homeostasis,promote capillarization and satellite cell activation,thus slowing down the aging of skeletal muscle.This paper reviewed the mechanism of skeletal muscle aging in sarcopenia and the research progress of exercise intervention,aiming to provide ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia in the future.
