摘要：红芪与黄芪同科异属,具有补气升阳、固表止汗、托毒生肌和利水消肿之功效。红芪多糖是红芪提取物,是红芪的主要活性成分。红芪多糖具有抗氧化抗炎、调节脂质代谢和改善胰岛素抵抗等多种作用,红芪多糖对糖尿病并发症显示了正向的调节作用。
Hedysarum Polybotrys and Astragalus Mongholicus belong to the same family and different genera,with the effect of tonifying Qi and Lifting Yang,strengthening exterior and reducing sweat,promoting tissue regeneration and draw toxin,inducing diuresis to alleviate edema.Hedysarum Polybotrys Polysacchcaide(HPS)is the main active ingredient of Hedysarum Polybotrys.HPS has a variety of effects such as anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation,regulating lipid metabolism,and improving insulin resistance,etc.In the treatment of diabetic complications,it has shown a positive regulatory effect.
