摘要：作为药食两用之品,花椒因具有较高的经济和生态价值而备受关注。随着社会历史发展,以及产地变迁,广泛栽培,出现同名异物、同物异名、同名异质等现象。本文通过查阅、整理花椒相关本草典籍,对其名称、基原、产地分布、品质规格、性味功效、采收时间、加工炮制及配伍禁忌等进行本草考证,以正本溯源,厘清古今,为其品质评价、炮制规范、规格等级划分及相关开发利用提供本草依据。
As a dual-use product of medicine and food,Zanthoxyli Pericarpium has high economic value and ecological value,which has attracted people’s attention and research.With the development of history,the change of origin and extensive cultivation,the phenomenon of foreign body with the same name,homonym and homonym with the same name appear.To clarify the origin,this article carried out research on materia medica for its name,origin,distribution of production areas,quality specification,taste and efficacy,harvest time,processing and compatibility taboo,etc by consulting and sorting out the ancient TCM books related to Zanthoxyli Pericarpium,in order to provide the basis for its quality evaluation,standard processing,specification classification and rational development and utilization.
