摘要：目的 在高血压患者中,睡眠障碍的发病率较高,失眠是高血压病患者最常见的伴随症状.随着失眠的改善,高血压病的其他症状与体征也相应得到很大的改善,血压随之下降.以往临床上对高血压病失眠治疗多采用镇静药,疗效差且副作用多,患者的依从性差.安神一号胶囊具有明显的重镇安神作用,其对焦虑症的治疗效果已得到肯定,而对失眠的治疗观察临床少有研究.本文通过安神一号胶囊对高血压病患者失眠症状的疗效观察,了解其疗效.方法 本文收集2011年3月～2012年3月期间在本院门诊治疗的高血压病失眠患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组患者32例,对照组患者32例.观察安神一号胶囊治疗高血压病失眠的疗效及不良反应.用药方法观察组分别予以降压药物、安神一号胶囊.对照组仅单纯应用降压药物治疗;分别用药四周为一疗程.收集临床资料,观察有效率及治愈率,并应用统计学分析,得出临床结论.结果 通过四周的临床疗效观察,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为84.5%、62.50%,两组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）;观察组和对照组的治愈率分别是53.1%、28.1%,两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）.结论 安神一号胶囊可以显著改善高血压病失眠症状,而且副作用少、无成瘾性,值得临床推广应用.
Objective According to the investigation, we realize sleep disorder is a common aihnent and simultaneous phenomenon of high blood pressure. The mobidity of Insomnia happens much more frequently on the patients who suffer from high blood pressure. According to the clinical research, the ailments and physical signs of the hypertension will begin to improve with the improvement of insomnia. Meanwhile, the blood pressure can also reduce. In the past few years, most of doctors always adopted sedatives to treat the insomnia resulted from the high blood pressure in clinic, which was turned out to be failure because the effect was very poor and there existed some side effects, what＇s worse, the patient＇s compliance was also very poor. Anshen Yihao capsule has an obvious effect on smoothing the nerves, especially its therapeutic effect on anxiety has been confirmed well. However, up to now, there were less clinical researches on the realistic treatment of the insomnia. This paper aims to see the curative effect of Anshen I capsule by observing the insomnia of high blood pressure patients. Methods This paper collected 64 cases of hypertension patients with insomnia who received treatment in our hospital during 2011.03 2011.03. they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group has 32 cases. The main tasks is observing the curative effects and adverse reactions of the Anshen Yihao capsule. During the therapeutic process, the method of taking medicine of two groups is different, the patients in observation group take antihypertensive drugs and Anshen Yihao capsules together, while the patients in control group only take Anshen Yihao capsules. We set every four weeks as a period of treatment. Clinical information collection, efficiency and cure rate was observed, and the application of statistical analysis, clinical conclusions. After collecting the clinical information, we observed the efficiency and curative ratio and drew a clinical conclusion by applying statistical analysis. Results According to 4 weeks clinical observation, the efficiency of 2 groups are 84.5% and 62.50% respectively. There exists significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the curative ratio of two groups are 53. 1% , 28. 1% respectively, the compared differences were also significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Anshen Yihao capsules could not only improve the insomnia of hypertension but also had less secondary reactions and addiction function, which worth adopting widely.
