摘要：目的:评价甲状腺包块手术切除的近期效果。方法:甲状腺包块患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予甲状腺包块切除术,观察组给予改良甲状腺包块切除术。对比两组患者术中各项指标、近期疗效和患者对手术的满意程度。结果:观察组术中各项指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.7%,显著低于对照组的26.7%(P<0.01)。治疗后1年,观察组复发率4.4%,显著低于对照组的13.3%(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良甲状腺包块切除手术近期效果好、术中出血量少、手术时间短、引流量少、并发症少且复发率低。
Objective:To evaluate the recent effect of thyroid gland bag piece resection.Methods:90 patients with thyroid gland bag piece were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The control group was given thyroid gland bag piece resection.The observation group was given reform thyroid gland bag piece resection.The intraoperative indexes,recent effect and satisfaction degree of patients for operation of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication incidence rate(6.7%)of the observation group was significantly lower than 26.7% of control group(P<0.01).1 year after the treatment,the recurrence rate(4.4%) of the observation group was significantly lower than 13.3% of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The recent effect of reform thyroid gland bag piece resection is good.The resection has less intraoperatve blood soss,short operation time,less amount of drainage,less complications and lower recurrent rate.
