摘要：目的研究黄芪注射液、黄芪甲苷及黄芪多糖对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)增殖的影响。方法将黄芪注射液、黄芪甲苷及黄芪多糖添加入大鼠BMSC培养基中,并利用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测培养不同时间(24,48,72h)后的细胞活性。结果 MTT法检测结果显示0.05g/ml浓度的黄芪注射液、100μmol/L的黄芪甲苷及1mg/ml的黄芪多糖后,大鼠BMSC的细胞活性均明显高于未添加组(P<0.05)。结论适宜浓度的黄芪注射液、黄芪甲苷和黄芪多糖可显著促进大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖。
Objective To study the impact of Huangqi injection,astragaloside and astragalan on the proliferation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells（ BMSC）. Methods Huangqi injection,astragaloside and astragalan were added into the medium of BMSC,and the viabilities of cells after cultured for 24 h,48 h and 72 h were measured using MTT. Results Apparently higher cell viabilities of rat BMSC were found with the supplementary of Huangqi injection（ 0. 05 g / ml）,astragaloside（ 100 μmol / L）and astragalan（ 1mg / m L） in comparison with the control. Conclusion Huangqi injection,astragaloside and astragalan all could remarkably promote the proliferation of rat BMSC at appropriate concentrations.
