摘要：文章介绍了从"肺-脾-肠"轴治疗小儿咳喘的学术思想。对于小儿咳喘疾病,"肺-脾-肠"轴失调,气机郁滞是病机关键,病位在肺,涉及脾、大肠。针对不同病因,分为5个证型。文章具体介绍了调理"肺-脾-肠"轴治疗咳喘的药物。后附以典型案例予以说明。"肺-脾-肠"轴失调,气机郁滞,则发生咳喘。
The academic idea of treating children cough asthma based on the‘lung-spleen-intestine＇ axis theory was introduced in this paper. For children asthma, its key pathogenesis is‘lung-spleen-intestine＇ axis disorders and qi stagnation, and its diseased region is lung, and involves spleen and large intestine. Children cough asthma is divided into five types of syndrome, according to different pathogenesis. In addition, the drugs of treating cough asthma by regulating‘lung-spleen-intestine＇ axis were introduced in detail, and the typical cases were attached to illustrate them. When the‘lung-spleen-intestine＇ axis disorders, the qi function will be blocked, and the cough asthma happens.
