摘要:通过查阅相关文献,从黄芪种植过程中常见病虫害及常用农药、农药残留检测相关技术、农药残留相关风险评估等3个方面对近15年有关黄芪农药残留及风险评估的文献进行归纳、整理与分析,发现黄芪应有更科学、更具体的农药残留限量标准,结合农药残留的毒理学评价进行风险评估,然后制定黄芪中农药残留的限量标准,同时还应考虑农药联合使用产生的增毒效应,为控制黄芪药材的质量及制定农药残留限量标准提供参考。
By reviewing relevant literature,this paper summarizes,organizes and analyzes the literature on pesticide residues and risk assessment of Astragalus membranaceus in the past 15 years from three aspects:common insect pests and plant diseases and commonly used pesticides,pesticide residue detection technology,and pesticide residue risk assessment.It is found that there should be more scientific and specific pesticide residue limit standards in Astragalus membranaceus quality,by conducting risk assessment in conjunction with the toxicological evaluation of pesticide residues,the limit standards for pesticide residues in Astragalus membranaceus should be established,and meanwhile,the toxic effects of combined use of pesticides have to be concerned about as well,to provide reference for the quality controlling of Astragalus membranaceus and formulating pesticide residue limit standards.
