摘要：目的:建立高乌头炮制品质量标准,提高其质量控制水平。方法:采用性状、TLC对高乌头炮制品进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC对其有效成分进行含量测定;采用药典方法测定其水分、灰分和浸出物。结果:高乌头炮制品薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;暂定其炮制品药材水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分分别不得过12.5%、10.9%、5.3%,水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物应分别≥24.8%、21.8%;高乌头炮制品中冉乌头碱与高乌甲素的含量应≥0.059%、0.438%。结论:该研究所建立的方法准确可靠,可用于高乌头炮制品质量控制和评价。
Objective：To establish the quality standard of processed Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai,and improve its quality control level.Methods：Qualitative identification of processed Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai were identified by characters and TLC.High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was used for the content determination.At the same time,the moisture,ash and extractives were detected according to the pharmacopeia methods.Results：The TLC showed the spots developed clearly and the separation was good.The moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash of processed Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai were not more than 12.5%,10.9% and 5.3% respectively.Water soluble extract and alcohol soluble extract should be no less than 24.8% and 21.8%,respectively.The ranaconitine and lappacontine of processed products were not less than 0.059% and 0.438%,respectively.Conclusion：The method established by this research institute was accurate and reliable,and could be used for quality control and evaluation of processed Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai.
