摘要：综述中药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病机制的相关研究进展,为中医药防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病提供新的思路。中药主要通过抑制炎症反应、缓解氧化应激、调节自噬、调节蛋白酶–抗蛋白酶失衡、减轻气道粘液高分泌等机制防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病。This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine mainly prevents and treats chronic obstructive pulmonary disease through mechanisms such as inhibiting inflammatory reactions, alleviating oxidative stress, regulating autophagy, regulating protease anti protease imbalance, and reducing airway mucus hypersensitivity.
