摘要：为了探讨中药增骨丸对去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠血、尿及骨形态学的影响。将 32只 8月龄wistar大鼠 (♀ )随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性组和增骨丸组 ,每组 8只。正常组切除一小段肠系膜 ,其余 3组切除双侧卵巢。术后 1周开始给药 ,连续用药 3个月后取血 ,处死前 1天收集 2 4h腔腹尿液 ,剥取第 2腰椎置 10 %福尔马林液中固定。测定血Ca、P及ALP ,尿Ca、P及Ca/Cr,腰椎脱钙后切片 ,HE染色 ,光镜下观察骨小梁宽度及小梁间隙。结果显示 ,增骨丸组血ALP显著高于模型组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而尿Ca却低于模型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;骨形态学增骨丸组骨小梁排列变得密集 ,小梁增宽 ,间隙变窄。表明增骨丸能改善去势骨质疏松大鼠的骨丢失 ,起到保护骨骼的作用。
In order to explore the effect of 'zengsheng' pill on blood, urine and bone morphology of ovariectomized osteoporosis in rats, thirty-two male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: equally normal group, model group, positive group,'zengsheng' pill group. The normal group were removed a piece of mesentery, and other 3 groups were cut bilateral ovary. After a week the rats were treated by 'zengsheng' pill, three months later the rats were taken blood, fasting urine of 24 hours before dead, and were taken the second lumbar vertebrae into 10% formalin fixation. Ca, p, ALP of blood and Ca, P, Ca/Cr were determinated. After decalcification the lumbar vertebraes were sectioned to HE staining, and observed the length and space in between of bone trabecula. The results showed that ALP of blood in 'zengsheng' pill group was significant higher than that of model group (P<0.01), Ca of urine was lower than that of model group (P<0.05) , the bone trabecula in 'zengsheng' pill group were arranged concentratively, turned widely, and its space in between turned narrow. It was suggested that 'zengsheng' pill can improve bone loss of ovarietomized osteoporosis in rats and can protect bone.
