摘要：针灸疗法在治疗各类肋间神经痛中,既可以作为主要治疗手段,也可作为补充治疗手段,都取得了较好疗效,近年来应用新型皮内针——揿针,成为针灸治疗新的热门趋势。针灸治疗各类肋间神经痛有较好的临床疗效,但仍需更多更严谨的临床试验。本研究总结了近年来针灸治疗肋间神经痛的进展,为进一步开展临床研究和治疗各种原因引起的肋间神经痛提供较好的研究思路和针灸治疗路径。
Acupuncture therapy in the treatment of all kinds of intercostal neuralgia,both can be used as the main treatment method,also can be used as a supplementary treatment method,have achieved a better effect,in recent years the application of a new intradermal needle-thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding,become a new hot trend of acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture and moxibustion has a good clinical effect on various types of intercostal neuralgia,but more rigorous clinical trials are needed.This paper summarizes the progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of intercostal neuralgia in recent years,and provides a good research idea and acupuncture treatment path for the further clinical study and treatment of intercostal neuralgia caused by various causes.
