摘要：目的:探讨甘肃省农村留守妇女心理健康及生活质量状况。方法:使用人口学资料调查问卷、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS),对211名农村留守妇女、233名非留守妇女进行调查。结果:留守妇女人均家庭收入较非留守妇女低(P<0.05),睡眠质量比非留守妇女差(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,是否有焦虑症状与留守状况、年龄、配偶是否健康和家庭是否和睦等因素有关,是否有抑郁症状与留守状况、配偶健康状况有关。结论:留守妇女心理问题较多,建议要加强农村妇女心理卫生辅导体系建设,对农村留守妇女进行心理干预,进一步完善社会支持系统,帮助农村留守妇女有效应对压力以改善其生活质量。
Objective： To explore the status of the left womeng mental health and quality of life. Methods： The basic information form, the old national unity self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and depression self- rating scale （SDS） were completed by a sample of 211 left women and 233 non - left women in 7 counties of Gansu. Results： This survey found that left womeng income is less than that of non - left women （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the left women have poorer sleep quality than non - left women. Multiple Logistic regression analysis find that the anxiety is related with the left situation, age, health status of sponse and harmonions of the family; Depression is related with the left situation and health status of spouse. Col~：lusion： That the left women have many problems suggests that counseling system of rural left women＇s mental health should he strengthened to construct, the rural left women should be psychologically intervened, and social support system should be improved to help the left women response the depression effectively to improve their quality of life.
