摘要:四物汤出自唐代蔺道人《仙授理伤续断秘方》,是养血补血的经典名方,具有促进骨髓造血、促进红细胞生成、修复肝损伤、抗氧化、提高学习记忆能力、改善代谢和雌激素样作用,临床常用于治疗贫血,在妇科、骨伤科疾病和肿瘤辅助治疗方面疗效显著。在总结四物汤的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展的基础上,依照中药质量标志物(Quality Marker, Q-Marker)“五原则”进行预测分析,结果提示芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、川芎嗪、阿魏酸、藁本内酯、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、梓醇、5-羟甲基糠醛、毛蕊花糖苷可作为四物汤的Q-Marker,可选择这些Q-Marker成分作为指标对四物汤相关制剂的质量进行控制。
Siwu Decoction(四物汤)is a classic prescription for nourishing blood and replenishing blood from The Secret Formulary for Traumatology and Fracture Taught by Immortal by Taoist Lin in the Tang Dynasty,and it has the pharmacological effects of promoting bone marrow hematopoiesis,promoting erythropoiesis,repairing liver injury,estrogen-like effect,antioxidation,enhancing the ability of memory and study,improving metabolism and estrogen.It is commonly used in clinical treatment of anemia,gynecological diseases,orthopedic diseases,adjuvant treatment of tumors and other diseases.The research progress of chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Siwu Decoction in recent years were summarized,and the quality Marker(Q-Marker)of Siwu Decoction was analyzed according to the five principles of quality Markers.It was indicated that paeoniflorin,albiflorin,benzoylpaeoniflorin,tetramethylpyrazine,ferulic acid,senkyunolide I,ligustilide,catalpol,5-hydroxymethylfurfural and verbascoside can be selected as Q-Markers of Siwu Decoction.These Q-Markers components can be selected as indicators to control the quality of Siwu Decoction preparation.
