摘要：目的:对甘肃省精神卫生服务资源进行调查,为优化精神卫生服务资源配置提供参考依据。方法:采用《全国精神卫生资源调查表》,面向甘肃省精神医疗卫生机构收集2015、2020年甘肃省精神卫生服务资源相关数据,对机构数量、床位数量和精神卫生从业人员数量进行统计分析。结果:2020年甘肃省精神医疗卫生机构128家、床位6544张、床位密度2.62张/万人,分别比2015年提高116.67%、62.91%、69.03%。2020年甘肃省精神卫生从业人员3511名,其中精神科执业医师553名,精神科护士1949名,每10万人口分别比2015年增加8.93名、0.97名、4.40名。结论:2020年甘肃省精神卫生资源与2025年相比明显提升,但精神卫生资源仍然短缺且分布不够合理。
OBJECTIVE To conduct surveys on mental health service resources of Gansu in 2015 and 2020,providing a reference basis for optimizing the allocation of mental health service resources.METHODS Using the National Mental Health Resource Survey Form,it collected data related to mental health service resources from mental health institutions in Gansu,and conducted statistical analysis on the number of institutions,beds,and mental health practitioners.RESULTS In 2020,the number of mental health institutions in Gansu was 128,the number of beds was 6544,and the bed density was 2.62 beds/10^(4),representing an increase of 116.67%,62.91%,and 69.03%respectively compared to 2015.In 2020,there were 3511 mental health practitioners,including 553 psychiatrists and 1949 psychiatric nurses,with an increase in personnel density of 8.93/105,0.97/105,and 4.40/105 respectively compared to 2015.CONCLUSION The mental health resources in Gansu have shown a significant upward trend,but medical resources are still scarce and not distributed reasonably.
