摘要:目的:对药材蕤仁进行生药学研究。方法:通过性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层鉴别的方法。结果:果核质坚硬、呈不对称的扁心脏形或扁卵形,呈深棕色至暗棕色,有凹凸的浅纵沟壑。粉末中含有较多的石细胞,果皮细胞和油管;将提取溶液点于硅胶G薄层板,以氯仿-乙酸乙酯-乙醇(2∶1∶2)为展开剂展开,取出,晾干,以碘蒸气熏后,供试液色谱中,在与熊果酸对照品色谱相应的位置,显相同的黄色斑点。结论:本实验方法简便并且宜于操作,可以为药材蕤仁研究和质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective To study the pharmacology of Prinsepiae Nux.Methods Methods for trait identification,microscopic identification and thin layer identification.Result The nucleus was hard,asymmetrical flat-hearted or flat-ovate,dark brown to dark brown,with shallow longitudinal sulcus.The powder contains more stone cells,pericarp cells and tubing;the extraction solution is spotted on a thin layer of silica gel G,and developed with chloroform-ethyl acetate-ethanol(2∶1∶2)as a developing agent,taken out,and dried.After being smoked with iodine vapor,the chromatogram of the test solution showed the same yellow spots at the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the bear fruit garlic reference substance.Conclusion This method is simple and suitable for operation,and can provide reference for the research and quality control of medicinal materials.
