摘要：溃疡性结肠炎是常见的多病因、多病机的慢性肠道疾病,近年来通过大量的研究发现参苓白术散加减变化对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用突出。临床研究发现参苓白术散有联合中药、针灸、西药以及不同服用方式等方法。发现在治疗轻度、中度溃疡性结肠炎参苓白术散和西药疗效没有差别,在治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎参苓白术散联合中药灌肠或者参苓白术散联合西药口服疗效均大于单纯使用参苓白术散或者单纯使用西药并且其不良反应和溃疡性结肠炎的复发率也大大降低。基础研究发现参苓白术散有干涉炎症因子、基因以及信号通路的作用,这可能是溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制之一。
Ulcerative colitis is a common chronic intestinal disease with mutiple etiology and pathogenesis in recent years. A large number of studies have found that the djustment of Shenling Baizhu Powder has a better effect on ulcerative colitis. Clinical studies have found that there is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,Western medicine and different ways of taking medicine. In the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis,Shenling Baizhu Powder and Western medicine had no difference. In the treatment of severe ulcerative colitis,Shenling Baizhu Powder combined traditional Chinese medicine enema or Shenling Baizhu Powder combined oral medicine were better than pure Western medicineor Shenling Baizhu Powder and its side effects and recurrence of ulcerative colitis is greatly reduced. Basic studies have found that it interferes inflammatory factors,genes and signaling pathways,which may be one of the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis.
