摘要：六字气诀即吹、呼、嘻、呵、嘘、呬,是古人留下来的一种传统养生方法。《诸病源候论》认为肝病候可用呵治疗,心病候可用呼吹治疗,脾病候可用嘻治疗,肺病候可用嘘治疗,肾病候可用呬治疗。六字气诀可以治疗五脏病候的根本原因在于其可以宣畅五脏气机,疏通脏腑经络。
Six -Word Qigong is a traditional health preserving method which was left by ancestors, including Chui, Hu, Xi, He, Xu, Xi. General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases think liver disease can be treated by He ; heart disease can be treated by Hu and Chui ; spleen disease can be treated by Xi ;lung disease can be treated by Xu ; kidney disease can be treated by Xi. The fundamental reason of treating Five - Zang - Disease by Six - Word Qigong is that it can disperse Qi of the five internal orf, ans and dredge main and collateral channels of Viscera.
