摘要：目的:探讨咳喘宁胶囊联合氨茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的疗效。方法:64例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;对照组给予氨茶碱治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联用咳喘宁胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效、肺功能结果。结果:治疗组有效率为90.63%,对照组为75.0%,两组总有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后联用咳喘宁胶囊治疗组患者症状及肺功能改善结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在氨茶碱治疗基础上联用咳喘宁胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期,能明显提高临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Kechuanning Capsule （KCNC） combined with Aminophylline on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods：64 patients were randomly assigned into 2 groups：the KCNC group （n=32）,treated with KCNC plus aminophylline,and the control group （n=32）,treated with aminophylline alone.The clinical efficacy and pulmonary function were detected before and after the treatment.Results：After the treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 90.63%,while that in the control group was 75%,with no significant differences between （P〉0.05）.The symptoms and improvements of lung in the KCNC group were significantly better than those in the the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combined with Kechuanning Capsules （KCNC）,Aminophylline significantly improved its clinical efficacy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.
