摘要：浅析万全《幼科发挥》中有关小儿惊风的临床思路,万全根据小儿"肝常有余"的生理特点,在小儿惊风的临床辨治中对惊风病因病机的分析、临证诊治、遣方用药均有其独到的见解,对后世医家治疗小儿惊风的理论研究和临床应用有重大的指导意义。
This paper aims to make a foolproof analysis of the pediatric clinical thinking of children＇s convulsion in Wang Quan＇s ＂Exertion in Pediatrics＂.According to children＇s physical characteristic of liver super abounding,Wan Quan bore unique insights into the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and herbal prescription and dosage of children＇s convulsions,providing an important guiding significant for theoretical studies and clinical application of future doctors in treating pediatric convulsion.
