摘要:目的评价螺旋CT扫描、后处理重建在上颌埋伏牙诊断中的作用。方法对23例上颌埋伏牙患者进行螺旋CT扫描,用横断面CT图像、后处理重建图像分析上颌埋伏牙影像学特征。结果横断面CT图像及后处理重建图像可准确判断上颌埋伏牙位置和毗邻解剖关系,提高了手术准确率。结论螺旋CT检查能准确判断上颌埋伏牙的数目、形态、位置、生长方向和毗邻关系,对治疗方案的制定有重要的指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the roles of spiral computerized tomography (CT) scanning and postprocessing reconstruction in the diagnosis of embedded maxillary teeth. Methods Spiral CT scanning was carried out in 23 cases with embedded maxillary teeth and their imaging characteristics were analyzed with transection CT image and postprocessing reconstruction im- age. Results Transection CT image and postprocessing reconstruction image could accurately judge the location and adjacent anatomy of embedded maxillary teeth, and improve operation accuracy. Conclusion Spiral CT scanning can accurately judge the number, shape, location, growth direction and adjacent relation of embedded maxillary teeth, and has important instructive significance in enacting the therapeutic regimens.
