摘要：中医药防治产后子宫复旧不全历史悠久,经验丰富,中医外治法促进产后子宫复旧作为中医特色疗法之一,包括中药穴位贴敷、针灸、热熨、熏洗、直肠给药、中药注射、耳穴压丸等治法。外治法在促进产后子宫复旧方面临床疗效确切,能够加速血液循环,促进恶露排出,且外治法具有引药直达病所的优势,操作方便简单,易于实施。
TCM has a long history and rich experience in preventing and treating postpartum uterine involution.External treatment of TCM to promote postpartum uterine involution is one of the characteristics of TCM,including acupoint application,acupuncture and moxibustion,hot compress,fuming and washing,rectal administration with TCM,TCM injection,ear acupoints,etc.External therapy of TCM has a certain clinical efficacy and unique advantages in the treatment of uterine involution,which could accelerate blood circulation and promote postpartum blood discharge.External treatment of TCM can directly reach the local lesions,enough simple to operate and easy to implement.The operation is convenient and simple,easy to implement.
