摘要:目的动态观察生肌玉红膏(当归、白芷、紫草、血竭、甘草、轻粉、白蜡、麻油等)对深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠创面组织中羟脯氨酸水平及Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原比例的影响。方法将深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠按体质量分层随机分为模型组、生肌玉红膏组和湿润烧伤膏组,每组24只。烧伤创面分别给予相应药物外敷,直至创面愈合。观察各组创面愈合时间,烧伤后每隔7 d测定各组动物背部创面羟脯氨酸水平及Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原比值的变化。结果与模型组相比,生肌玉红膏组创面愈合时间缩短(P<0.05);创面羟脯氨酸水平高于模型组(P<0.05);在创面修复的第14、21天,生肌玉红膏组Ⅰ型/Ⅲ型胶原比值低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论生肌玉红膏可能通过促进烧伤创面组织中新生胶原合成及调节Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原二者的比值平衡,起到促进烧伤创面愈合的作用。
AIM To observe dynamically the effects of Shengji Yuhong Ointment (Angelicae sinensis Radix, Angelicae dahuricae Radix, Arnebiae Radix, Draconis Sanguis, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Calomelas, Cera chinensis, Sesami Oleum, etc. ) on the hydroxyproline content and collagen ratio in rats with deep partial thickness burn in wound healing process. METHODS The rats for deep partial-thickness burn were randomly divided into model group, Shengji Yuhong Ointment group and Shirun Shaoshang Ointment group (24 rats for each group). Burn wounds in groups received the medical treatment up to wound healing. The time of wound healing, the hydroxyproline content and collagen ratio every seven days of post-treatment were detected. RESULTS Compared with the model group, the wound healing time shortened in Shengji Yuhong Ointment group (P 〈 0.05 ). The hydroxyproline content was higher than that in the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The ratios of collagen type I and colla- gen type m in the model group were higher than those in Shengji Yuhong Ointment group in 14-day and 21-day ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION Shengji Yuhong Ointment can affect the process of burn wound healing by 15romo- ting new collagen synthesis and regulating the ratio of collagen type I and collagen type Ⅲ.
