摘要:目的了解单叶细辛的毒性程度。方法①观察单叶细辛(简称单辛)对小鼠的急性毒性反应。实验动物分实验组(单辛)和对照组(北细辛,简称辽辛),每组又各分两组,分别腹腔注射两种细辛的水提液和挥发油,观察小鼠死亡数、死亡率和死亡时间;②观察单辛挥发油和水提液的小鼠半数致死量(LD50)。动物分单叶细辛挥发油组(简称单辛油组)、单叶细辛水提液组(简称单辛液组)和阴性对照组共3组。腹腔注射药物,观察小鼠死亡数、死亡时间及症状表现,求出死亡率,通过统计学处理得出其半数致死量。结果单辛组小鼠死亡数与死亡率均低于对照组,死亡时间长于对照组。结论初步表明单辛毒性小于辽辛;单辛半数致死量高于文献报道的辽辛半数致死量。
Objective To understand the toxic degree of single leaf Asarum himalaicum. Methods ① To observe the acute toxic reaction of single leaf Asarum himalaicm to mice. Animals for experiment were divided into experimental group (Asarum himalaicm) and control group (Asarum heterotropides). Each group was divided into two parts again injecting water-extracted-fluid and volatile oil of two kinds' Asarum into belly cavity respectively. ②To observe median lethal dose (LD50) of volatile oil and water-extracted-fluid of Asarum himalaicum. Animals were divided into three groups including volatile oil of Asarum himalaicum group, water-extracted-fluid of Asarum himalaicum group and negative control group. Injected drugs into belly cavity, observed the numbers of dead mice, death time and symptom. Counted death rate, gained the median lethal dose through statistics. Results Asarum himalaicum group's numbers of dead mice and death rate are all lower than control group while death time is longer than control group's. Conslusion Primarily indicates that the toxic of Asarum himalaicum is lower than Asarum heterotropoides and Asarum himalaicum median lethal dose is more than Asarum heterotropoides reported in the document.
