摘要:衰老机制复杂,涉及面广,对衰老机制的研究始终是生命科学领域中最基本、最关键的问题。有关衰老的学说繁多,但迄今为止没有一种学说能完全阐释衰老的机制。近年来,随着现代遗传学、细胞生物学、分子生物学等边缘学科的飞速发展,对衰老机制的研究越来越趋向于分子水平。现主要从端粒与端粒酶、衰老与长寿基因、DNA修复能力、线粒体DNA损伤几个方面与细胞衰老的关系进行阐述。
Aging is a complicated procedure,which involves many aspects,and the research of aging mechanisms has always been the fundamental and vital issue of life science.There are many theories about aging,however,none has complete explanation of aging so far.With the rapid development of modern genetics,cell biology and molecular biology,the research of aging mechanisms is going towards molecular level.Here is to focus on the relationship of telomeres and telomerase,aging and longevity genes,DNA repair capacity,mitochondrial DNA damage and cellular aging.
