摘要：文章对高校教师信息素养的概念和新内涵进行了界定,从多元化的目标子系统、创新的培训子系统、丰富的内容子系统、完善的评价子系统和健全的支持子系统五个维度,以高校教师信息技术知识传授、信息化能力培养、信息素养提升为目的,对高校教师信息素养培育体系进行构建,以期能够丰富和完善高等教育信息化改革理论体系.
This paper defines the concept and new connotation of university teachers’ information literacy, and constructs the cultivation system of university teachers’ information literacy from five dimensions: diversified target subsystem, innovative training subsystem, rich content subsystem, perfect evaluation subsystem, and sound support subsystem, with the purpose of imparting university teachers’ information technology knowledge, cultivating information ability, and improving information literacy. It is expected to provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of university teachers’ information literacy, so as to enrich and improve the theoretical system of higher education informatization reform.
