摘要：黄芪化学成分主要有黄芪多糖、皂苷类及黄酮类等。体内外药理实验显示,其抗肿瘤作用明显。本文综述其在增强免疫调节作用、诱导细胞凋亡、提高机体清除自由基的能力、抑制肿瘤的血管系统,以及减轻肿瘤化疗药物不良反应等方面的抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展。
The main chemical ingredients of Radix astragali are astragalus polysaccharide, saponins and flavonoid. Both in vivo and in vitro pharmacological experiment indicated that Radix astragali has an obvious anti-tumor effect. This review focuses on the mechanism probably in the enhancement of the immune regulating function, inducting of apoptosis, improving the organism＇s ability of eliminating free radicals, suppressing the tumor blood system and alleviating the adverse reactions of tumor chemotherapy drugs.
