摘要:目的:研究钾素营养水平对当归光合特性及荧光参数的影响,为制定当归规范化生产中合理施用钾肥技术提供理论依据。方法:通过大田栽培试验研究不同施肥方式下,施K_2O量150 kg·hm^(-2)(K_(150))、300 kg·hm^(-2)(K_(300))和450 kg·hm^(-2)(K_(450))等钾素营养水平对当归成药期净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)、水分利用率(WUE)、表观CO_2利用效率(CUE)等光合指标及最小初始荧光(F_0)、光化学量子效率(F_v/F_m)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、电子传递速率(ETR)、PSⅡ反应中心的激发能捕获效率(F_(v')/F_(m'))、PSⅡ反应中心电荷分离实际量子效率(ΦPSII)等叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果:无论是全部基施,还是基施50%+叶盛期追施50%,随钾素营养水平的提高,当归叶片的Pn、Gs、Tr、WUE、CUE、F_v/F_m、qP、ETR、F_(v')/F_(m')、ΦPSII、叶绿素含量都有所提高,最适钾素营养水平为K_2O 300 kg·hm^(-2)。结论:钾素营养对当归叶片的光合作用和叶绿素荧光特性有不同程度地影响,适宜的钾素营养水平有利于改善当归叶片光合生理特性,促进初生代谢产物的合成与积累。
Objective:To explore the effects of potassium levelson the photosynthetic characteristics and fluorescence parameters of Angelica sinensis and provide theoretical basis for the formulation a reasonable application of potassium fertilizer application in the standardized production of A.sinensis.Methods:In field cultivation experiment conditions,the effects of applying K2O 0(K0),150(K150),150(K300)and 450(K450)kg·hm-2 on photosynthesis characteristics including net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),water use efficiency(WUE),apparent CO2 and utilization efficiency(CUE),and the fluorescence parameters of the minimum initial fluorescence(F0),photochemical quantum efficiency(Fv/Fm),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),electron transfer rate(ETR),PSII reaction center of excitation energy capture efficiency(Fv′/Fm′),and PSII reaction center charge separation effect of practical quantum efficiency(ΦPSII)were determined under 100%,50% of base fertilizer and 50% of to Pdressing fertilizer during the vegetative growth stage of A.sinensis.Results:Whether by 100% of base fertilizer or 50% of base fertilizer and 50% of to Pdressing fertilizer for potassium nutrient,the photosynthetic index of Pn,Gs,Tr,WUE and CUE,and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Fv/Fm,qP,ETR,Fv′/Fm′,ΦPSII,andchlorophyll levels in leaves of A.sinensis were increased with the increase of potassium nutrition,and the optimal level of potassium is 300 kg K2O/hm2.Conclusion:Potassium nutrition have different effects on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves of A.sinensis,the appropriate level of potassium nutrition is beneficial to improve the photosynthetic physiological characteristic,and would also can promote the synthesis and accumulation of primary metabolites.
