摘要：“医称多术,杂合以治”是《古今医鉴》学术特色之一。文章采用传统文献学归纳、推论和总结的方法深入研究《古今医鉴》中关于蒸法、透关法、熏法、痒法、裹法、涂法、吹法、搭法、点眼法等外治特色治法。发现龚信根据病邪的特异,中病层次不同、体质各异应用综合疗法,以适宜疾病的复杂病机,体现了“整体与局部并重、内治与外治合施、扶正与祛邪并举、治本与治标兼顾”的总原则,综合运用不同治法的优势以达到调和阴阳的目的。《古今医鉴》外治法诠释“医称多术,杂合以治”,充分发挥中医外治法独特治疗优势,具有很高的指导价值。
One of the academic characteristics of Gujin Yijian is that ‘multi-skill and heterozygous treatment’, in this paper, the authors make a deep research on the external treatment methods of steaming method, penetrating customs method,fumigating method, itching method, wrapping method, coating method, blowing method, draping method and eye-spotting method in Gujin Yijian by using the methods of traditional literature induction, deduction and summary. It was found that GONG Xin selected comprehensive therapy according to the specificity of pathogenic factors, different levels of middle disease and different constitution, to be suitable for complicated pathogenesis, it embodies the general principle of ‘laying equal stress on the whole and the part, combining internal treatment with external treatment, supporting the body and dispelling pathogenic factors simultaneously, treating the root cause and treating the symptom simultaneously’, comprehensively use the advantages of different treatments to achieve the purpose of harmonizing yin and yang. The external treatment method in Gujin Yijian explains that ‘multi-skill and heterozygous treatment’ and gives full play to the unique treatment advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, which has a high guiding value.
