摘要:慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的发生与发展机制错综复杂,包括遗传因素、自噬过程、氧化应激反应以及炎性反应等多种内在和外在条件共同作用的结果。PI3K/AKT/mTOR是调控细胞生长、分化和能量代谢的重要通路,该通路在激活细胞自噬、抗炎、改善氧化应激以及抑制氧化反应等方面具有重要的调节作用,是治疗COPD的重要靶点。近年来,随着科学技术的进步,尤其是分子生物学、细胞生物学等领域的研究进展,对中医药治疗COPD的机制有了更深入的认识。文章综述PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路在COPD发病中的作用机制,并探讨中医药通过抑制PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路发挥作用,为中医药治疗COPD的进一步研究提供新思路与潜在治疗靶点。
The mechanism of the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD is complex,including genetic factors,autophagy process,oxidative stress response,inflammatory response and other internal and external conditions.The PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth,differentiation,and metabolic activities.Studies have shown that the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway plays an important regulatory role in activating autophagy,anti-inflammatory,improving oxidative stress and inhibiting oxidative response,and is an important target for the treatment of COPD.In recent years,with the progress of science and technology,especially in the fields of molecular biology and cell biology,we have a deeper understanding of the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of COPD.The purpose of this article is to review the mechanism of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of COPD,and to explore the role of TCM in inhibiting PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway,so as to provide new ideas and targets for further research on TCM in the treatment of COPD.
